The March 2019 4C shows $5 million in cash receipts for UWL.

ST1 acquired Arinda IT for $2.6 million, UWL Call Dynamics for $2 million, UWL Fone Dynamics for $5.4 to $8.4, 5GN MDC for $5.7 million.

Very small acquisitions which while they can be leveraged off unlikely to change earnings dramatically.

I have taken profits today since holding from 55c, good luck to all. Large director buy is all I would be hanging hat on at this stage other than hoping to see dramatic increases in subscription numbers but the fact they are not making announcements on this suggests aint much to tell the market...
