Banks are very conservative beasts...Having been involved in enough securitisations in my day, Looking at historical acquisitions as a guide, you could almost guarantee you will not get a bank board to sign off on something thats not trading on a PE multiple, or realistic forward earnings, considering theyd have to fund the book and their own internal credit risk matrix's would require it, particularly post APS 120 ... Maybe another bigger BNPL player will be inclined to take out Z1p in the future... who knows.
