zippay doesn't offer the benefits credit cards do - like buyer protection, price guarantee schemes and insurance (travel).

credit cards aren't going anywhere. the only people spouting that line are people that don't own credit cards or are irresponsible with them.

Nothing better than ringing a bank when you get something dodgy sent in the mail. good luck with z1p in that regard if you used a debit card attached to z1p. That's why I always prefer my AMEX...paid a deposit to get work done on your roof and the company is winding up?...you'll get it back if you used your credit card..how would z1p address these issues if you use a debit card to fund z1p.

I had an issue with z1p and umart - and that was a huge pain. If I used my Amex I woulda had Amex sort it out...it's a good product but I'd be selective with what I use but now pay later providers for. I.e I'd now never buy computer parts from umart or MSY with it.
