Nbaz, I think its a two step learning process.

First understand what charts are important, and what are the key indicators.
Secondly once you know what you are looking for, its a case of figuring out how to do it yourself.

So as a starting place on the first, hot copper has a regular chart poster who gives a great commentary. Just search for 'redbacka'

Next to that you have a number of guys on HC who continue to do great work like R2R, Pocko, haspete, kevi, totterdell91. Some guys you see their names, you stop to take a look and just take in what you can.
