Once ESG holders realise what is happening to their company, and that there are corporate forces who can control the price, then the whole fiction that the share price represents the value, or a +40% offer is good, becomes transparent nonsense.

The price is manipulated. It does not represent what ESG's value is. All it represents is how a significant holder and its agents can use their muscle to hold the price in place. It happened with Arrow, and it is happening with ESG.
