checking the charts ,for what its worth. Note that Roc has hit resist. at 0.48 for the second time and will probably touch it again today.Once positive news (hopefully) emerges re.field extensions in china or malay data it should break to 0.50.Significantly it is all blue sky up to 0.65 from there and (going back years now) to 0.75.It is a beautiful chart atm going up in steps with the upper trend line indicating 0.60 by xmas. Downside(bad news) has support at 0.44 being breached and ,well, back to the twenties.I dont see that happening.Only neg. is the MACD on the cusp of a sell due to recent weakness but it should bounce off that today and head north again. Seperatly, have noticed not alot of HC followers on this stock, a good indication of sentiment is the number of posters for a stock (see MEO,SDL etc.), my point is that ROC is still unloved...lets see if that changes with a string of positive news. Welcome any thoughts on charts atm. Btw, not a tech. fanatic, just helps to make judgement calls.
