If it followed the pattern we have seen in the past we wont get a new substaintial notice until the latest buyer magically tips themselves over the 5% level......it's like magic that one after the other they have taken turns at reaching substaintial and then stopped ready for the next person to start....from 0% and get to 5%.....of course they have nothing to do with each other it is just a strange rule of nature that 5 or 6 substaintials all take turn about accumulating without stepping on each others toes.

Who knows what is going on....but if was a betting man as I said to Dis the other day.....the risk/reward is definitely significantly weighted here to a 50% move up rather than a 50% move down....when that happens you jump in and unfortunately then wait for the forces to play out.
