We know that Walani became the ' Coulson Brothers ' because we can find this connection by looking at the ' Movements ' in the CAVOA's between 2019 and 2020. ( refer below comparison Top 20 CAVOA's )

And what do reckon the probabilities would be that the exact same number of shares of 40,080,526 , and BOTH in the EXACT same No 2 Spot in the Top 20 holders of these options .

Is this simply a MASSIVE coincidence or simply a change of Holding Title. I would think not . It would follow then with ALL the additions of various ' Coulson Brothers ' and their INCREASING holdings in the Top 20 of the Fully Paid Ordinary Shares , that a name change for those 93 million in the name of Walani ALSO occurred and were changed.

And we know this for TWO reasons . FIRSTLY , and as I previously have shown , there was no ' Substantial Notice ' issued by the Company showing that this balance had been sold down verses say ' re-distributed ' into different names. Without the ' Proof ' of this notice , you have no proof that they were sold.

My SECOND reason for asserting this was in fact the case is the simple fact that the ' Combined ' holdings of ALL the Couslson's in the Top 20 of the Fully Paid Shares is some 177 - 178 million verses the previous total of 155 million in the 2019 Top 20. So by deduction one can argue a strong case that they re-distributed and transferred this balance into the other NEW Coulson family members names.

I would also purport that they wanted Shareholders who were prepared to notice these subtle ' nuances ' to find this out.......
