It depends how many shares on offer, price etc. they can do it a few ways but usually it would be ratio verse shares held currently.
So if they raise $20m @ $1 per share
they may only allow a ratio of 1-8, 1-16, 1-24 etc. the more shares in eve the higher number in maluka you could buy.
Another way they could do it is a timed capped price buy, in which you have to hold for any period (or a specific length of time) and each person can invest up to a certain amount or number of shares
Those are most common but it depends a lot on wether they want open market capital or significant investor capital as to how many we will be eligible for. I imagine TRT will want a significant slice
