Hi @Patwc. I use between 5 or 6 different trading platforms. Two are live streamed : NAB Wealth and Barchart. The other 4 are delayed. I also follow a few good business journals and have written a search algorithm which helps me find data in a flash when I need to get some fundamentals done or search information on Directors or a company etc.

If you trade you need some good tools. I also have some big screens I sit at for most of the day.

You should get information from the ASX first thing in the morning for announcements and check the shortsell lists each day. Also there are some good videos on Youtube that will help you with your choice of trading style. If you are going to trade your hard earned cash you better know how the market works. AIMHO.
