You could give management a call and simply put to them your trepidation about funding.
They haven’t merely indicated funding is assured. They’ve asserted it constantly as being a non-issue.
The SP has dropped. Profit taking/3b’s combined provide rationale for such a thing. IMO, when the majority of top holders increase their positions on market and by vast amounts...very rarely does that equate to a bad sign.
