OK, there was a 2 to 3 month lag due to "Final access approvals to Torrens" finalised in Feb 2018 instead of Dec 2017. Also, that timetable based on recent announcements has been shown to be a bit ambitious.

But the key point to note here are the "SHARE PRICE CATALYSTS" - it is those announcements that will be the real price drivers for both ARE and AIS.

All we are witnessing at this moment is the trading of impatient day traders and panicky shareholders, while the top 20 shareholders these past few months are steadily, slowly and surely increasing their holdings.
