Do not expect too much what ARE management says/announces in terms of time frames for Torrens exploratory work. ARE management has missed its own 'set' time frames several times. Earlier it blamed gov agencies for approvals. What is stopping ARE management now? Basic electromagnetic survey hasn't started yet!
Perhaps ARE investors do not understand. Funding is the real factor stopping ARE for going forward. If you don't believe check March 2018 cash report which will be out in 4 to 5 weeks time.
In my opinion, ARE has no option but to go back to shareholders for CR. So, wait and see. Prospective drilling work is so large in nature, ARE requires lots of funds and future commitments.
