KJs position was untenable after he (apparently) voted in support of the board spill and against the incumbent directors who remained.

IB will likely recruit a replacement for KJ onsite in Nigeria and KJ seems inclined to stick around to assist the handover (but not in a director role), as had been alluded to here that he has a financial interest for KFE to succeed.

By some amazing turn of events, we've all ended up on the same page it seems... after this nuisance of a vote, that we just had to have!

At least it got us some more market attention, that we do have a very tangible and valuable asset that someone desperately wanted to take control over!
