IFM was once my favourite bottom draw company and was happy to take out at $2 last year (i wish i could say all have been like that) No debt, contract renewals and a solid business with steady growth. I haven't owned any for a while but the closer it gets to $1, the more tempted I am. In saying that, you would prefer to see directors buying no matter what the excuse is for selling.
