I believe there's some artificial supply being placed into IFM. Volume is low which is normal for this pattern. Volume ticked up on Tuesday, Jan 5, 2021. The increase in volume was from two special crossings orders. This could be where the sellers are coming from.
50 day SMA $1.83 (Daily)
28 day EMA $1.79 (Weekly)
Cup & Handle pattern is still in play....
It's a Buy for me around the $1.77 mark
