One can only guess but by the way the register is looking, it is retail selling and insto buying.
The price can only be attributed to expectations of Hemi and how much bigger it may be.
From my experience with Andy and Simon, They keep things very close to them and are tight lipped.
I have been waiting for this to consolidate a little but that hasn't happened yet.
23c could pose some resistance but all other resistance levels were smashed.
Will keep my eye on it and post again in a few days if I can determine a chart and a target but still going vertical atm.
