I do believe there is probably no more new cases in China with how much they locked it down, but the numbers are definitely higher with how many cases there were and deaths. Plenty of reports saying over 200,000 deaths from citizens.
Even if this takes 12 months to sort out, the only way it will effect DEG is their FIFO workers. Other than that, price won't go under 20cents. Too much already on the table for it to go lower. Will be interesting to see the DD results for hemi and when they update that resource. That could shoot it past 40cents in the coming months. If the labs haven't been shut down.
