agreed with your points. if this rise up to 70c after counting in what hemi can deliver in ann, I would laugh though the night....But atm, before they release another hemi ann, i think this still have low chance to slip into 21c, spikes maybe.
Afterall Au and Nz have natural barrier, the ocean. There is no doubt we could survive, if the governor don't play smart from now on. The damaged economic would need longer time/years to recover. It's not that helpful to pull off the restrictions by seeing the increment reduction atm. Hope they keep it as strict as possible for now.
Get some cash in the market now and invest part to the property later should help to protect the whole asset. aimo, glta
