The highest close on the daily chart is 24c and 23.5c on the weekly.
1. The market and economy heading south so most are cautious having lots of capital in the markets
2. Its so early in the discovery and while capped the support levels are rising.
3. Because theres news each week almost guaranteed of a decent rise to sell into guaranteeing profit
Once we close over these levels they should become support levels and happy days as we trade to 30c plus
In the mean time as @readyaimfire said bots are controlling it.
