Yes they now own 85%. But there is no negotiating on purchase of the remaining 15%.
From here on every time TSO contributes expenditure towards the project the JV partner will be diluted until they have no share left in the JV.
Negotiating a final payment was done away with in the restructure. So it makes no difference what the share price is in regards to going forward.
