To be honest, I am just waiting for confirmation here. Looking at back testing of the trend lines etc. and hoping to form a Higher Low > 16c.
These ABC corrections can be pretty difficult to get a handle on in real time, I originally thought it was over at 22.5c (W on my chart) before it formed the X then continued downward to Y, making a longer WXY!
This final b-c leg is a bit murky but given the extent of the whole correction, I am leaning towards it being complete. As with any setup / pattern, I have my conditional order stop loss set, in this case, below that dragonfly doji in the likely hood that I am wrong.
Interesting note; there has been 70% gain on offer in under 2 weeks for those traders nimble enough, 13c to 22c!
@W3hunter has been using the 65ema of late, so I will leave it on this chart to see if it offers any support.
Weekly MACD is getting ready to turn and there has been positive divergence in the daily MACD which is looking like breaking though the 0 line shortly.
