I'll just add to my last comment.
This is why Elliott fascinates me so much, it ties in well with the psychology of the markets. If indeed this is the start of the impulse waves in an upward direction then we should see this first leg reach ~24-25c as in your chart, people begin to get hopeful that the downtrend is over but there is still some selling pressure from those who just can't take any more pain, this is the driver for the second wave in which people begin to believe that the recent rise is just a bear market rally. If I had any cojones I would sell @ 24c and look to pick some up at the bottom of wave 2 at around 16-18c!
