I'm a raw data technical pattern analysis trader achieved from many hours of observing the patterns.
imo I think it is unlikely to go back to 16c - i'd say 25% chance (not imposible but less likely). I'd think 25% chance it will stay flat and twice the chance of either of these that it'll go up (50%). Just here watching for a friend and always learning and refining.
