I agree with this. This and a combination of prudent investors (understandably so given the current state of economic circumstances and the number of other microcap explorers).

However, it is still my belief that MHC stands as one of the more prospective explorer out there. There has been considerable time and investment already poured into pegging these tenements privately in the past, which is one of the key reasons why Awati was acquired by MHC in such a short span of time. Wholly owned exploration rights for a 1020km squared area with 160km strike range of gold anomalous structures is no joke. The term 'new bendigo' used, although endearingly, should stand to represent the quality in the north region (the newly discovered western lode is just a starting testament to this). However, what's truly mind boggling is the fact that this only stands among a number of other priority areas in the north region. We still have the region in the south, which is even larger, similarly favourable yet not as explored (indepth). A discovery in the north could establish this company comfortably; further discovery in the south could set us on the world stage (this is the magnitude in potential of this project). What's also not highlighted enough is the accessibility to these regions via public highway and proximity to local towns. These serve as good facilitation and basis for exploration over a period of time.

There are still the technical and qualitative factors that are in favour of this project - you can find quite a few discussions of them as you browse through the previous threads.

I am definitely looking forward to seeing how this exploration unfolds.
