A couple of nice Classical Charting patterns have developed in succession.
A C&H (though with a bit of out-of-line volume), which provided a trade
opportunity that required a bit of patience ( I did not take it). An Ascending
Triangle, and now a possible bullish Pennant.
I was long on the break of the Triangle but stopped out break-even on the
retacement to the upper boundary line.
I will take another shot if there is a break out on good volume in the next
day or two. BTH has been showing decent relative strength but Markets
have been a little choppy and I will not be giving it much room for failure.
Meaured targets are circa 1.725 & 1.835 for the Pennant & C&H respectively.
