It is exactly what it says. To explain it is an indication of whether money is flowing in or out overall. Accumulation or distribution. Above "0" is accumulation and the higher above the stronger the accumulation. The reverse for distribution. I like to combine money flow with the volume get a clearer picture. The more volume especially consistent volume the better.
