Hiya, welcome, good Q, As far as i know, the main difference is that WBT is the only company that have managed to create a reram using silicon oxide which is the standard material used in most chips. Gives us a HUGE advantage in terms of costs for both FAB and product designer. Other companies tend to use more "exotic metals" etc, which are generally more costly and trickier.
someone here can probably explain better in more technical terms, but its more or less along those lines.
