Ok, so it must be speculation the upgrade from $1.64 to $4.75 from Pitt St was manifested by the company themselves, and Pitt St was paid no monies by WBT.

Dont worry about bots and the fear crew here of manipulation, worry about who in our esteemed BOD sanctioned an analyst report and at what costs? They are the questions? Who approved it? and at what cost to the company?
