I would certainly dismiss anything Lord Bell says
In late January he was probably the biggest up ramper of WBT telling everyone not to sell as this is a once in a lifetime opportunity
He has now become a polite down camper of WBT always ending with"All the best to All"
Sentiment has shifted from Buy to None ??????
Clearly he has sold somewhere on the way up and looking for lower entry point
Definitely would ignore what he has to say --its not based on the tech but his own agendas
