Considering wave 2's are usually brutal and designed to offload as many non committed holders as possible I would say yes. The waves are a bit messy but there is no denying that short sharp near 50% selloff from the high. Once this wave finishes if indeed it has not already we may see some fireworks. A left field announcement is all that is required. My preferred option is Elon tweeting they have found the solution to there Flash memory problems with ReRam. That should do it. Doesn't have to mention WBT.
