In what way have they not performed so far? Commercial deal by mid year has not been missed yet. Demonstration of the discreet module - moved up from the projected timeline. They aren't in control of the share price and I would prefer they don't release fluff announcements. Also when negotiating a commercial deal it makes perfect sense in terms of negotiation and not revealing your position to not provide any updates or similar. That would be a sure-fire fast way to lose any leverage or negotiation power.
