I would say the dollar value attached is confidential in nature .
It's dependent on meeting milestones through qualification with the fab .
It's a 6 year commercial contract , not an MOU .
Yes there is no dollar value currently attached , therefore you still have the amazing opportunity to buy at these levels .
Count yourself lucky if you haven't got a decent parcel yet .
We still have steps to proceed through in the fab for qualification but to suggest there is no value in the announcement of a fabrication partner , who is willing to forego revenue to qualify our product ,with that length of contract is IMO nonsense .
They know what we have , they want it , and they will be paying us for it .
As for the ASX and there rules ??
