nice recovery - proper shakeout across the small caps, healthy if you want to set us up for a Christmas rally....the downtrend line makes it look like a descending wedge...last time we saw one of those on WBT was back in March.....Still has to break out tho ....forget the caveats- its way oversold, regained support, about to break out and pop 30% imo.. have at it.
