Intersecting areas of confluence in play (circled). Floor getting nailed in.
Seems to be in a zone where a previous sharp trend reversal took shape due to higher than average demand. It's worth noting on charts where sharp inclines take place.
Note the volume over the last few weeks. Soft selling but no real demand stepping in. Ideally we will see an upwards trend in volume with price appreciation from these levels and out of the current downward channel to validate the theory.
Swing traders might start taking small positions here but trapped holders stuck above need to be washed out. Volume suggests that wouldn't take long if the momentum picks up.
