I think a lot of buyers had been sitting on the sideline, waiting to see the FOMC. I certainly know that I was keen to see the reaction the US market took. Nasdaq currently up 1.7% is a great sign and the santa rally can begin in earnest.
From a charting perspective, the RSI and macd are all over sold, the volume is extremely light and the slope of the correction is flat. This all tells me a break of the channel will be savage. We are certainly due some news updates to light this fire.
I plan on buying a chunk today. Hopefully the shorter is still there.
