It seems like WBT share price is intentionally kept at low level so that frustrated holders will sell with loss, otherwise there is no point in placing your order above $3.0 where average volume is <300K/day and share has barely moved above $3.0 in recent times. If you look at buy and sell order, almost 80% sell orders above $3.0 are insignificant and will not sell at current market.
I understand there could be a real need to sell your order, however with such a low liquidity , your aspirational sell order above $3.0 will not be sold at the moment, therefore remove your order which will help to move SP up. My thought only
