I have a theory which I will post here.
Keep in mind its only a theory and its only my opinion.
The first Fab WILL be GF no doubt in my mind.
All of sudden, mysteriously FinFET technology has emerged on the official WBT slides see slide 3/9 here.

What that could mean is they are working on 14nm with Intel (or Samsung) as the 'house-hold' Fab after 22nm.
Again all speculation but Coby has mentioned the 'teens' in terms of scaling down, maybe that co-insides with the Intel people on Linkedin ?
