Too early to call. Looks to be moving in sympathy with general market, which is waiting for leadership from US. NASDAQ futures are at key decision levels which should they be overcome there is a bit of upside to go before the next round of key levels/supply.
WBT is in a trade characteristic; breakout buyers and faders are wrestling for control. If it's a real breakout then institutional money flow will send it up. Look around at the rest of the market and observe how other breakouts are behaving before drawing any conclusions imo.
Such big moves as the one we've seen will exhibit pull backs, retests and consolidation along the way.
