I am in the exactly the same situation. If only i knew that little bit more about options at the time. Life would be very different right now. Like yourself I was also doing a knock down rebuild. So little cash to spare any way, but what c was spare could have been put to better use. That's life I guess. I hope the build went ok and you can sit back in the new house and enjoy the wbt ride.
