I cant give you a time frame Patalonga. The low March 2020 to only thing i can say is that it will happen quicker that the wave 1 /2 pattern from the low in June 21 as the accumulation pattern for wave 2 encompasses that whole sideways move till Oct 22.
If wave 2 is sideways then wave 4 will be a zig zag pattern (as in much shorter time period ) . If wave 2 is zig zag then wave 4 will be sideways ( which is what normally happens)
