You cant really classify WBT as a penny stock with a market cap at nearly 1 billion.
WBT is interesting, youll see price rise sharply with announcements, but then a gradual decline in SP with the passing of time and no annoucements. This in part is due to the stage the business is at, with no revenue, they only have cash to fund business for 2-3 years.
The IP is essentially what you are investing in right now.
If this tech takes off, holders will be rewarded with substantial capital growth and dividends.
