i am using TradingView and today I have observed some weird constant price shift of past prices. so far I have only seen this for weebit nano. anyone else noticed something similar in their charts?

let me ne try to explain:

all prices of the trading history before 1.November 2023 (as reflected by the candles) seem to have shifted downwards by a constant value of roughly 28 cents.

example 1: during the last run following the DB Hitek announcement, the intraday price surged to 4.56 AUD as it was displayed shown by a wick in trading view, but for some reason now the same candle and its wick (intraday high now at 4.33) are shifted lower. the price shift is only affecting the price and moving averages, but not my drawn horizontal and diagonal lines. before the shift occurred, the intraday high wick touched my yellow horizontal line at 4.56, but now there is a gap between the line and the wick. the line has not moved, only the price shifted down.

example 2: I had drawn a downtrend line (red) which was broken by the price action of the DBHitek announcement. the line was neatly sitting on the candles, but now there is a gap between the line and the candles.

example 3: the moving average (blue line) had crossed my horizontal line sitting at 5.65 AUD. as of today, the course of the same moving average has shifted below the same horizontal line.

luckily I had saved some screenshots from the price action of the DBHitek announcement. I have marked these three examples in the old and new screenshots. has anyone noticed something similar?
