I see it as pretty normal considering chart fundamentals - huge open short position, left side over hang, failed tops and obvious engineering of liquidity.

Put yourself in their shoes and assume you are in control. You've held price and allowed a sense of optimism to creep in. New bets are placed with stops positioned below/above perceived levels of support or resistance. For you to unwind your position without moving price against you you need vast amounts of liquidity (ideally proportional to your position). This is created over time and with renewed psychology.

Given no new company changes I personally don't have a reason to be buying here, especially with that huge downside move. Gambling in my view (but sometimes gambles pay off). Waiting for strength is the logical move in my view and that happens across all time horizons. This chapter in the life cycle needs to conclude and establish the beginning of a stage 2 re-rate before I could consider a setup. I'm sure it will come soon.

Or it might explode up today. My senses suggest waiting for proof is all. I'm not riding both sides trying to look smart and I have no idea with certainty with regards to which direction it will move today or tomorrow - there is no setup for me (indicative of the whole market this week really).
