Ah. Ok. I should have looked it up. I was thinking in the back of my head it might be 130nm as I typed 150. Either way, I'd say that is a possible reason for the seeming delay in take-up. Needless to say there might well have been faster adoption at the larger size were the economic times more condusive to risk absorption by fabricators. Now I suspect they are more cautious with new tech. That will, no doubt, pass in time.
The Iranian "fuss" was most unfortunate as it really did look like it was going to take off after it broke the orange resistance line. If only they had had an announcement just before the Iranian thing it might have sailed on up to the 3rd wave target, as it is it just missed - but a miss is a miss is a miss. It really would be a great thing if world leaders would just stop doing their thing for a while so us little mice can do our thing and make some money. WBT has suffered enough, me thinks, and deserves a little sunshine.
