Lack of fundamentals = look at the balance sheet, the company has been for a long-long time a no-revenue cash burner that is funnelling much of its expenses into unproductive areas of business (i.e. not actual R&D or production, but pampering its management). There is absolutely nothing to debate here.
No growth story = you've been hearing the revolutionary reram story for so many years, but somehow, in reality, haven't got closer to anything. You are being sold castles in the air. How much do you _actually_ understand the technology behind what is being proposed anyway? I suspect 99.9% of the folks here are just regurgitating the information that they are reading from the announcements and presentations without actually understanding what is going on. And the heavier are the bags, the more you regurgitate.
