Firstly you don't have to convert for 15 months, so before Jan 2022. You can convert at any time before that but with all the expected news over that period using the .045c/option to buy more options now as I have just done is the wiser choice IMO, as the SP could really fire up.
Of course the company secretary will be able to help you when you do want to convert. It is a simple process, just do not forget to do it lol.
