I don't find it particularly surprising as the character is pretty inline with breakouts.
This is either a low volume retest of the pivot, shakeout or more consolidation is needed - not overly helpful I know

The degree of exuberance in 90% of the posts for the past couple of weeks was a good sign of retail willingness (showing their hands) to buy the open and predictably a high number of position traders traded the news from the cup and handle vcp pattern, essentially fading the breakout. Larger investors did not support the breakout, possibly using their supply to bring price down a bit to accumulate more? Silly to overly speculate at the end of the day as there are as many reasons as there are participants.

Revenue is presently unclear so wbt will experience the volatility typical of speculative stocks I guess.
