Younger people in markets today would do well to read more of Buffett's quotes and learn from his experience. Too many punters in the market today who expect to be made instant millionaires and want almost daily announcements from companies. We're investing in businesses here, so we really must be thinking in terms of months and years not days and weeks as these things take time. A few years in the business world is really akin to a few weeks in the regular world; it's not long at all!
