I dont think it's necessarily far off either (might be, might not be). I think Coby didnt mention a timeframe in the recent shareholder meetings, because it's in the hands of the Fab / Customer, awaiting their final sign off, so WBT just have to let them go through all their red tape before they sign the contract and make it official.
